Catering

Unfortunately we are unable to cater for weddings at Arcadia Waters, however if you would like to book with Adam’s Catering for another venue and reserve your date we would require confirmation as soon as possible. Please note that a $50 non- refundable booking fee is required with all bookings. Should you wish to cancel at short notice a refund will not be given. However this will be taken off your bill before being given to you. Numbers do not have to be final until 1 week prior to your event along with a 50% deposit for the night. No refunds or discounts will be given once the final attendance numbers have been confirmed. This number will be final unless numbers increase. 

Included within the price we can supply paper napkins of your choice, however cloth napkins are charged as an extra. We will leave the kitchen premises in a clean and professional manner upon departure and all catering equipment such as plates cutlery, bain marie and trestles/tables will also be cleaned and put away. If we are not providing staff for the bar, the cleaning of glasses etc will not be our responsibility. If a bain marie or additional equipment is required to be hired, this will be added on top of the invoice and the same applies to extra plates, knives, forks etc needed in addition to what the function centre is able to supply, this cost is also added on top of the invoice. We are more than happy to arrange the extra equipment that is needed for the night. 

We are also more than happy to change our menu’s to suit your requirements, if you would like to mix and match. Our menu’s are only for ideas and Adam is more than happy to be flexible if you have a different menu in mind. Set-Up

Heidi and her waitstaff team love setting up and organising events. As we now have all of the Glass Slipper stock on hand we are able to do complete wedding set-ups for both ceremonies and receptions! If your not sure if we have something, just ask, if we don’t have it Heidi will know who will. Set-up costs vary with every booking, due to different numbers and different requirements. To discuss any requirements or for a detailed quote, it is best to arrange an appointment to talk to Heidi and discuss your requirements further. Please note, that we can only take on one to two weddings maximum per weekend, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

Cleaning 

Adam’s Catering can provide staff for cleaning an event premises after your event. The cost is at a rate of $35 per staff member per hour. This includes chemicals & equipment that will be required to clean the event premises.
